Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed heat load calculations and HVAC system sizing. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Perform energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance submissions. Provide input on material specifications and equipment selection. Support project execution with on-site inspections and technical guidance. 🎯 Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required). Professional license or certification preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems. Proven experience in heat load calculations and energy auditing. Technical Skills Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit MEP). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices. Competence in Microsoft Excel and technical reporting tools.
