Role Description The Merchandise Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for working from home. In this role, the specialist will manage and organize product assortments, ensure accurate and appealing presentation of merchandise across digital and physical channels, and coordinate inventory updates with relevant teams. Daily tasks include tracking product availability, aligning merchandise displays with marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives through effective product placement and information. The specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maintain up-to-date product catalogs, gather feedback on customer preferences, and help optimize the overall merchandising strategy. This role also involves maintaining organized records, monitoring performance metrics for key product lines, and suggesting improvements based on data and customer insights.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or technology product merchandising is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Alexandria with remote tasks.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and familiarity with inventory or catalog management systems is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
