Our Team
At Cimpress Open, merchandising is about creating standout shopping experiences that inspire customers and drive conversion. Our team combines visual merchandising, UI/UX, CX, marketplace SEO, and data analytics to elevate the shopping journey for our custom products across Amazon EU and US.
We're looking for a Merchandising Lead with a sharp creative eye, strong commercial judgment, and an AI-first mindset to challenge the status quo, lead innovation, and drive measurable growth.
What You Will Do
-
Own merchandising performance and conversion rates (CVR) across Amazon EU and US, identifying growth opportunities, setting priorities, and driving measurable improvements.
-
Lead visual merchandising, branding, and UI/UX improvements, ensuring compelling product storytelling, striking visuals, and seamless customer journeys across listings, Brand Stores, and customization experiences.
-
Develop and manage the merchandising roadmap, translating customer insights, performance data, and business priorities into actionable initiatives across products and markets.
-
Lead go-to-market (GTM) merchandising for new product launches, defining product positioning, customer value propositions, content direction, and launch quality.
-
Drive continuous product optimization by evaluating listing performance, SEO, content quality, customer feedback, and shopping journeys to identify and resolve conversion barriers.
-
Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives, developing hypotheses, measuring impact, and scaling successful improvements.
-
Champion AI-first ways of working, using AI and LLM tools to automate repetitive tasks, consolidate data, accelerate analysis, and support smarter merchandising decisions.
-
Take ownership of merchandising initiatives, driving independent decisions, priorities, and measurable results.
-
Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving customer-centric improvements.
-
Build and scale merchandising capabilities through clear standards, efficient processes, and future team development.
Your Qualifications
At Cimpress, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply—even if you feel that you don’t meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.
-
5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or marketplace management, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
-
Strong Amazon Seller Central experience, including marketplace policies, listing requirements, product optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
-
Strong expertise in visual merchandising, branding, UI/UX, and CX, with excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
-
Proven experience driving CVR improvements, customer journey optimization, and A/B testing.
-
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data and customer insights into actionable business decisions.
-
Advanced use of AI/LLM tools for research, analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
-
Excellent ownership, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make independent decisions, influence teams, and scale processes.
-
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with performance dashboards.
-
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
