MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR (Montrose & Berbice) RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct Trade visits and in-store merchandising where necessary to fix all brand/merchandising related issues through training, guidance and development. Develop and maintain proper relationships with customers and their staff. Ensure compliance with Planograms as defined by the respective brands under the company’s management. Manage a team of merchandisers within the specified geographic zone. Ensure their compliance with the requirements of their jobs and that the merchandisers visit as per pre-defined visit schedule. Work closely with customers to acquire and maintain dominant shelf spaces for the company’s products. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or Pursuing studies in a related field. 3-4 years’ experience in Trade Sales or Merchandising. Must have a Driver’s License and be able to use your vehicle for work.
