Role Description

Remote full-time role focused on onboarding and supporting merchants in adopting our mobile apps and platform, resolving issues, and improving product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or e-commerce.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of payments, invoicing, pricing, and revenue.
