Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Setter
Remote | Full-Time | US Business Hours
$7–$10/hour (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses

We're looking for an experienced Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Setter to join our growing, family-owned MCA brokerage and direct lending company.
In this role, you'll work with warm inbound leads, qualify business owners, collect complete funding submissions, and hand off qualified files to our closing team. This is a phone-based sales position focused on guiding merchants from initial contact to a complete, fundable submission.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact and qualify warm inbound funding leads.
• Build relationships with business owners and assess funding eligibility.
• Collect completed applications and required business bank statements.
• Review bank statements to identify fundable opportunities.
• Follow up on incomplete or pending applications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with closers and submission specialists for a smooth process.
• Meet activity and submission goals.
• Communicate professionally with U.S. business owners via phone, email, and text.

Requirements
• Previous Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience is required.
• Experience as an MCA Setter, Sales Representative, or Funding Specialist.
• Strong understanding of the MCA funding process from lead to funded deal.
• Ability to review and evaluate business bank statements.
• Familiarity with MCA terminology, including factor rates, holdbacks, positions, stacking, and submissions.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Strong CRM management and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Background in alternative lending or commercial finance.
• Merchant underwriting or submissions experience.
• High-volume phone sales experience.

Compensation
• $7–$10/hour (Based on Experience).
• Performance-based bonuses for funded deals.
