Role Description This is a full-time hybrid remote role, with flexibility for some to work from home. The Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst will support end-to-end transaction execution, including market research, target screening, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment materials. The role involves assisting in due diligence processes, coordinating information requests, and analyzing financial, legal, and operational data from target companies. The Analyst will prepare pitch books, management presentations, and transaction proposals, and contribute to internal and client-facing reports. The position requires regular collaboration with senior team members, external advisors, and international stakeholders to facilitate cross-border deals.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Valuation skills to build financial models, perform scenario analysis, and assess deal economics.
  • Candidates should possess thorough Due Diligence capabilities to review financial, legal, and operational information and identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess sound Accounting knowledge to understand financial statements, apply relevant standards, and reconcile data accurately.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools or databases is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Prior internship or work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a multicultural, cross-border environment; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
