Their primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them. They will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain Code, test and operate Nodejs-based services. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important. They are someone who can start immediately or have 30 day's notice period. Job Responsibilities: Developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). They will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain Code, test and operate nodejs-based services. Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem. They will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint. Address and improve any technical issues. Mandatory Requirements: Previous working experience as a MERN Stack Developer for minimum 2+ years. Strong proficiency with JavaScript. In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS, MongoDB and TypeScript. Experience creating front-end applications using HTML5, ReactJS, LESS/SASS. Experience in Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and abstracting it to the UI through a Node.js backend. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Experience with NextJS is plus. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT Preferred Requirements: Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server side. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes. Qualities: Able to collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems. Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with various teams. Self-disciplined, excellent time management skills. Strong analytical skills.
