What this role is all about

As a Messaging Registration Analyst, you will support the registration, control, and security of messaging traffic across multiple channels and regions. Your role is essential to ensuring compliant, high-quality traffic and a smooth experience for both customers and internal teams. You will work closely with suppliers, operators, and internal stakeholders to keep Infobip’s telecom operations running efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Manage and maintain the global sender registration database
• Process customer sender registration requests directly with MNOs and suppliers
• Ensure traffic security through content restrictions and template registration
• Support region-specific and product-based registration processes
• Order numbers (VLN/SC) and enable setup for two-way communication between customers and end users
• Handle OTT traffic registration across channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line, and others
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of registration actions and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across defined processes
• Support a strong internal and external customer experience by staying attentive to end-user need
• Participate in continuing education sessions to build knowledge of technical processes and tools
