Techbrosky is an IT and digital growth company helping e-commerce and D2C brands grow through performance marketing, creative branding, website development, and digital strategies.

We're looking for a result-oriented Meta Ads Expert who understands Facebook and Instagram advertising and can help brands generate quality leads, increase sales, and achieve profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Develop effective ad strategies for lead generation, website conversions, and e-commerce sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and retargeting.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, tools, and platform changes.
  

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Knowledge of campaign objectives, targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and CPC.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Basic understanding of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Salary & Performance Growth

• First 6 Months: ₹15,000 per month.
• After 6 Months: Salary can increase up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on performance, skills, campaign results, ownership, and overall contribution to the company.
