Meta Ads Manager

Magic Law Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in Meta Ads management to support the expansion of our referral program. This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Key Responsibilities Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC) Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinations Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy with the referral program goals Stay current on Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently Experience in legal industry or law firm marketing is a plus Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). High school diploma or equivalent.
