Meta Ads Media Buyer

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns for home service businesses across the US.

This is not a traditional "button-pushing" media buying role. You'll own paid media performance while working closely with our creative team to identify winning concepts, develop testing hypotheses, and continuously improve creative performance through campaign data and platform insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Develop creative testing strategies based on campaign data and performance trends.
• Brief the creative team on ad concepts, messaging, hooks and offers.
• Monitor creative fatigue and recommend new testing opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets and media spend.
• Maintain Meta Pixel and basic conversion tracking (including Google Tag Manager where required).
• Support Facebook Lead Forms and HighLevel landing pages, with a solid understanding of basic funnel optimisation.
• Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, creative trends and consumer behaviour.
• Generate campaign performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Expert-level knowledge of Meta's Andromeda update and its impact on campaign optimisation and creative strategy.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative research, ideation, scripting, and creative brief development.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
• Experience using campaign data to guide creative strategy.
• Experience briefing creative teams on messaging, hooks and concepts.
• Strong understanding of paid social creative, including hooks, messaging, offers, UGC and platform-native content.
• Proficient with Meta Pixel and basic Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Facebook Lead Forms and HighLevel.
• Understanding of landing pages and basic funnel optimisation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
