The ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality opportunities that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structures, targeting, placements, budgets, and optimization settings.
    • Identify opportunities to increase lead volume, improve lead quality, and reduce acquisition costs.
    • Stay current with Meta advertising updates, policies, and best practices.

    • Analyze campaign performance to identify winning creatives and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor lead quality and conversion performance to ensure campaigns generate valuable opportunities for clients.
    • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and proactively implement changes to improve results.
    • Use Meta Ads Library to research competitor advertising strategies and identify new creative opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Monitor advertising campaigns daily and make data-driven optimizations.

    • Analyze advertising performance beyond Meta Ads Manager by reviewing lead quality and client conversion data.
    • Identify performance issues early and communicate recommendations to the Lead Generation Manager.
  • Tracking & Lead Delivery
    • Ensure Meta lead forms and tracking systems are properly configured and functioning.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure leads are accurately delivered to clients through email, CRM integrations, or automated workflows.
    • Assist with troubleshooting tracking discrepancies, lead delivery issues, and campaign-related technical problems.
    • Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and accurate performance records.
  • Creative Development & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-performing static advertisements and video creatives.
    • Provide clear creative briefs, including headlines, messaging, target audiences, and calls to action.
    • Regularly recommend new advertising concepts based on campaign results, competitor research, and audience behavior.
    • Work closely with Account Managers and the Lead Generation Manager to review client performance, lead quality, and campaign goals.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
