Mission We are looking for a Meta Ads Virtual Assistant to support a Media Buyer or Account Strategist with the day-to-day execution and maintenance of Meta advertising campaigns for e-commerce clients. You will work within established strategies, SOPs, and campaign structures to ensure campaigns are built accurately, launched correctly, monitored consistently, and kept organized. This is an execution-focused role rather than a strategy ownership position. Your attention to detail, reliability, responsiveness, and ability to follow processes precisely will allow the Media Buyer/Account Strategist to focus on strategy and client communication. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and update Meta advertising campaigns inside Ads Manager based on established strategies and instructions. Upload creatives, copy, headlines, landing pages, links, and tracking information accurately. Follow campaign structures, naming conventions, SOPs, and checklists provided by the Media Buyer/Account Strategist. Make assigned optimizations, budget changes, and campaign adjustments according to direction and schedule. QA campaigns before launch by checking budgets, links, creatives, copy, targeting, placements, tracking, and campaign settings. Monitor assigned accounts regularly and flag unusual performance, technical issues, disapprovals, or other potential problems promptly. Update performance reports, trackers, and internal systems accurately and on time. Organize campaign, ad set, ad, and creative assets using established naming and filing conventions. Gather competitor ads and support creative research and inspiration sourcing. Organize creative-performance data and help identify winning and underperforming assets. Support basic performance analysis and understand key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate . Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly to the Media Buyer/Account Strategist. Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and proactively flag anything that could delay execution. Correct issues identified during QA and confirm that they have been resolved. Continuously improve accuracy, organization, and efficiency within established workflows. Qualifications 1+ year of practical experience with Meta Ads , preferably supporting e-commerce brands or working within a marketing agency. Hands-on experience working inside Meta Ads Manager . Basic understanding of e-commerce advertising and paid social performance metrics. Familiarity with campaign structures, ad sets, creatives, budgets, targeting, tracking, and reporting. Comfortable following established SOPs and executing tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Strong written English and professional communication skills. Comfortable communicating in a Western business environment , with strong professional communication and business etiquette. Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently within a structured team environment. Specific Gender: No preference. Technical Requirements Own PC or laptop with a reliable, non-laggy computer capable of handling Meta Ads Manager and related tools smoothly. High-speed, reliable internet connection. A proper desk/workstation suitable for full-time remote work. Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace. Confident use of Meta Ads Manager . Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting trackers, and task-management systems. Familiarity with Shopify and basic e-commerce reporting is preferred. Position Description Working Hours: 7:00 PM–3:00 AM Beirut Time / 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST Working Days: 5 days a week Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Location: Fully remote PTO: Flexible PTO with a standard 1-week advance notice for planned time off.
