Position Summary
The Manager of Revenue Analytics provides leadership and oversight for financial analysis, payer contract modeling, reimbursement reporting, and contract management functions that support MultiCare’s revenue and contracting strategy. The role manages analyst staff, ensures accurate capture and optimization of expected reimbursement, and provides financial insight and recommendations to support payer negotiations, budgeting and operational decision-making. This position also serves as a key internal consultant on commercial payer reimbursement issues and collaborates with leaders across contracting, finance, patient accounts, patient access, and revenue cycle operations.Responsibilties
- Lead and oversee payer contract modeling, reimbursement analysis, and contract management activities to support accurate expected reimbursement and organizational financial objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop analyst staff, including workload prioritization, project assignment, performance management, training, hiring, and corrective action as appropriate.
- Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and reporting to support payer contracting strategy, negotiations, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and operational decision-making.
- Serve as an internal reimbursement and financial reporting consultant to Payor Contracting, Finance, Revenue Cycle and other operational leaders.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of contract management systems, reporting tools, and related processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reimbursement visibility.
- Monitor payer contract changes, reimbursement trends, compliance requirements, and revenue cycle impacts; communicate risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred; in lieu of a graduate degree, 10+ years of relevant healthcare, reimbursement, financial analysis, payer contracting, revenue cycle, decision support, or related experience may be considered
- Five (5) years' experience in healthcare required, including significant experience in specialized areas identified above
- Three (3) years previous supervisory experience in healthcare

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $108,680.00 - $156,353.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
