| Position Summary | About KUNM An affiliate of NPR, Native Voice One, American Public Media and Pacifica serving Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Northern Rio Grand Valley, KUNM reaches approximately 85,000 listeners each week in communities throughout central and northern New Mexico, and is recognized for its growing digital and social media audience engagement. A staff of 25 professionals and 80 volunteers report and produce award-winning news, public affairs and entertainment content for a diverse and engaged audience that trusts KUNM and values it as essential. An Auxiliary Unit of the University of New Mexico for 60 years, the station serves as a “front-porch” for New Mexico’s flagship institution of higher learning and research. KUNM team members value collaboration, communication, integrity and accountability and uplifting talent to provide an invaluable public service at the highest level possible. And, our staff reflects the diversity of the audience we serve. This position may be eligible for a hybrid remote work arrangement upon completion of 6-month probationary period, with consideration to the business needs of KUNM. The Role The Manager, Membership Services plans, develops, implements, and manages all membership services activities for KUNM using a range of marketing media and techniques aligned with industry best practices. You will also participate in the development and implementation of long-range fundraising strategies and programs. Finally, you will partner with colleagues in the Audience Department to ensure organizational strategies in on-air, digital fundraising and community engagement are coordinated and effective. |

| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
