Actively contribute to activation production: client integration in events, event production & potential execution, external resource coordination.

Facilitate ongoing communication to keep clients informed of project progress, addressing concerns as they arise.

Brand Governance

Ensuring partner expectations and outputs are accomplished in a way consistent with our brand guidelines.

Management of partner assets and co-branded logos as defined per partnership tier.

Coordination and Communication

Organize the steering and follow-up meetings (internal/external kick offs and steering with client), often in collaboration with internal team members.

Handling partner billing in Salesforce by generating invoice tasks to deliver billing/payment processing. Support creating requisitions and payments for vendor services.

Customer Satisfaction and Performance Measurement

Play an active role in the implementation tools for measuring customer satisfaction; collect and trace client insights throughout the project lifecycle.

Compile results and assess project performance, ensuring quality standards, margin and timelines.

Proactively identify potential crises and prepare contingency plans to maintain project stability.

Additional Support:

Participating in the formulation of commercial proposals, including profitability and operational feasibility assessment.

Providing onsite event operations support by coordinating the integration and brand activation of partners at key events. These include the MICHELIN Guide dining awards and other co-branded events.
