  • Work directly with shared micromobility operators, City business units, and corporate collaborators to review site plans and resolve day-to-day implementation issues
  • Review service data, customer inquiries, and pilot project findings to identify trends and propose practical program improvements
  • Prepare clear project documentation, briefing notes, implementation trackers, and presentations for leadership and project teams

  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in program development and delivery, facility or infrastructure planning, community coordination, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating collaborative projects involving multiple internal and external partner groups

Assets:

  • Experience navigating municipal operational processes, public procurement, or commercial vendor agreements

Skills required for success:

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex projects independently while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to translate operational metrics, survey data, and partner feedback into actionable recommendations
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills to facilitate consensus among groups with varying perspectives and operational needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when presenting technical information, reports, and administrative guidelines to diverse audiences
  • Practical problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate site constraints, accessibility standards, and curbside logistics effectively
