Job Description We are looking for a talented M365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft 365 suite, with a strong focus on Power Platform coding and scripting. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications to enhance productivity and streamline business processes From an attitude perspective, these attributes would be a great fit for us: Humility Honesty Empathy Creativity Team player Growth mindset Shift Timings: Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non-Negotiable, we work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone) Remote opportunity Key Responsibilities: Develop custom applications using React for SharePoint and MS Teams using React (SPFx). Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps. Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) to improve efficiency and productivity. Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 and third-party services and applications. Design and develop custom solutions within the Office 365 environment, leveraging tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Office SDK. Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements. Create, configure, and manage Exchange servers on-premises and in Azure. Implement best practices for Exchange server administration, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 components. Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. Provide training and support to end-users on developed solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and React technologies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and scripting languages such as PowerShell. S trong experience with React and front-end development Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and architecture. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
