Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist with a strong understanding of Copilot and a passion for AI-driven workplace technology?

We’re working with an award-winning firm looking to strengthen its Microsoft 365 capabilities and expand the adoption of Copilot and AI across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Microsoft 365 application support, lead on Copilot administration and continuous improvement, and become a subject matter expert within a respected professional services environment.

💻 What will you be doing?

🔹 Providing advanced application support across Microsoft 365, including Copilot, SharePoint and OneDrive

🔹 Investigating and resolving complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for the wider support team

🔹 Managing Copilot configuration, administration, licensing, permissions and service optimisation

🔹 Evaluating new Microsoft 365 features, updates and emerging capabilities

🔹 Monitoring Microsoft's product roadmap and identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency

🔹 Working closely with technology, security and risk teams to support the safe adoption of AI tools

🔹 Improving the user experience and ensuring the Microsoft 365 environment remains secure and effective

🎯 What are we looking for?

✔️ Proven experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 applications within a professional services environment

✔️ A strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, access controls, permissions and information governance

✔️ Experience troubleshooting complex application issues, ideally at third-line support level

✔️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

✔️ A genuine interest in AI, automation and the future of workplace technology
