About TQA

We are TQA, the Agentic AI Experts. We turn agentic AI into real-world advantage, transforming how enterprises operate, adapt, and outperform. We deliver agentic and automation solutions that actually work in the enterprise, and we stay focused on the business result rather than technology for its own sake.

Our teams connect legacy, cloud, and new platforms, with deep expertise across Microsoft, UiPath, and ServiceNow, and with leading AI model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. We stay with our clients from vision through to measurable value.

The Opportunity

TQA is growing its Microsoft practice in the United States, and we are hiring a dedicated seller to lead that growth. This is not a split role or a side responsibility. You will spend all of your time selling TQA’s Microsoft portfolio: opening new logos, expanding existing relationships, and building the Microsoft field relationships that turn into a steady flow of co-sell opportunities.

The Microsoft channel is still getting to know TQA, so this role suits someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will become the consistent, well-informed point of contact for TQA’s Microsoft story in the US, so that Microsoft and its partners have one person to build a relationship with.

The Services You Will Sell

TQA’s Microsoft practice is organized around three solution pillars in business transformation and professional services. You will be able to walk a Microsoft seller or a client executive through all three confidently, at a networking event or in a channel meeting, without leaning on slides.

1 Automation and AI solutions on Fabric and the Azure AI and Data Layer

A broader Microsoft Fabric and data solution, paired with Microsoft Foundry, that gives clients the governed data foundation agentic AI needs to work in production.

You will help shape this pillar’s pipeline and identify the clients ready to move from AI experiments to enterprise-scale data and AI platforms.

2 Automation on Power Platform

Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and code apps, anchored by citizen development and enablement programs that help clients scale low-code safely.

3 Automation and AI with Copilot and Copilot Studio

Agent building with Copilot Studio, including the commercial conversation around credit-based pricing and agentic workflow design, plus Microsoft 365 Copilot training and enablement.

You will help clients move beyond individual productivity toward agents that change how work gets done and show up in business results.

What You Will Do

Sell the Microsoft solutions portfolio

  • Own a Microsoft-specific quota and run opportunities from first conversation to signed contract.

  • Win new logos and expand existing Microsoft relationships across all three pillars.

  • Engage senior executive buyers early in the buying cycle, helping shape requirements rather than responding to them.

  • Lead with business outcomes: cost, speed, risk, and client experience, not product features.

  • Recognize when a Microsoft-first conversation opens a wider TQA opportunity, and bring in the right colleagues.

Work the Microsoft channel

  • Build relationships with Microsoft account executives, solution specialists, partner development managers, and sales leadership across US regions and industries, and learn who covers which accounts.

  • Attend and represent TQA at Microsoft-hosted regional, industry, and partner events.

  • Work closely with TQA’s Microsoft channel development partner to get into relevant conversations early and to prioritize the events and meetings that matter most.

  • Represent TQA in pipeline conversations with Microsoft sales leadership where several opportunities are discussed at once, and speak to TQA’s full body of Microsoft work.

Navigate Microsoft programs and funding

  • Know the Microsoft partner funding and incentive mechanisms well: which exist, what typically qualifies, and when in the cycle a request needs to be raised.

  • Use funding strategically to accelerate entry engagements such as assessments, proofs of concept, and pilots.

  • Re-engage Microsoft contacts when a relationship needs attention: a stalled funding request, a contact who has gone quiet, or a conversation that needs to move up a level.

Collaborate across TQA

  • Partner with TQA’s Microsoft practice lead and solution architects, who bring the technical depth on every deal.

  • Work alongside TQA’s territory Account Executives when a Microsoft opportunity surfaces in an account they already own: make a warm, well-prepared introduction, join the first meeting where it helps, and agree clear ownership from the start.

  • Share what you hear in the field with marketing, alliances, and the practice, so TQA’s Microsoft offers keep pace with what clients and Microsoft are prioritizing.
