Role Description The Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related cloud services. This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, mapping processes, and configuring low-code applications and workflows that improve efficiency and user experience. The specialist will create solution architectures, develop proof-of-concept implementations, and support deployment and adoption across client environments. Daily tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, performing impact and feasibility analysis, building and testing Power Platform components, integrating cloud services, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. The role also includes providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to users and teams, as well as contributing to best practices and reusable templates.
Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and prepare clear documentation and presentations.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into efficient workflows and automation using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Background in consulting, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives and constraints.
• Expertise in solution architecture, particularly designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions integrated with other enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing, preferably Microsoft Azure, including identity and access management, integration services, and governance best practices.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem; experience with AI capabilities in Copilot is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365) are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
