Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant ready to work with one of Europe’s most innovative Microsoft Solutions Partners? Our client - an internationally recognised Microsoft Solutions Partner and Independent Software Vendor headquartered in Amsterdam - is expanding its consulting team and is looking for a talented professional to help deliver cutting‑edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions for SME and enterprise customers.

✅ The Role

As a Microsoft D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in translating business needs into smart, scalable Microsoft cloud solutions. You’ll work closely with customers across various industries, guiding them through the full project lifecycle - from initial workshops and gap analyses to configuration, testing, deployment, and optimisation.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading functional workshops with customers to understand processes and requirements
• Designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
• Working with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Collaborating with technical consultants on integrations, customisations, and extensions
• Supporting UAT, training end‑users, and advising on best practices
• Contributing to continuous improvement of internal frameworks and methodologies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft D365 CE / CRM
• Strong understanding of sales, service, or marketing processes
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional designs
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‑management skills
• Comfortable working in English; Dutch is a strong preference
