Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a major business systems transformation, overseeing the transition from a legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who can bring business and technology teams together, drive implementation activities, and ensure a complex ERP programme progresses successfully from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, managing project delivery, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical specialists, and external implementation partners.

• Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, risk registers, issue tracking, and escalation processes.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and vendor performance.

• Oversee testing, data migration coordination, integration readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.

• Ensure business readiness through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and formal project sign-offs.

• Support post-go-live stabilisation and ensure a structured transition into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in project management, ERP implementation, programme delivery, or business transformation.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional business and IT projects.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, communication, and organisational skills.

• Experience coordinating external vendors, systems integrators, or implementation partners.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Current authorisation to work permanently in the United States is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace tools.
