Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Flexible Remote) Our client is a well established business with background in the finance and professional services and their goal is improving their clients success by excelling in transforming the businesses with the highly customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ultimately making the businesses simpler to operate. Also, one of their primary goals is helping businesses grow and acquire new clients, scale up and expand into the new markets and territories, among others. Duties and Responsibilities: Selling MS Dynamics 365 into Small to Medium businesses in the UK mainly focusing on Financial and Professional Services. The candidate will get involved after Presales and after the solutions has been demonstrated. The role is to fully understand the the needs of the customer and develop the Dynamics solutions to address these requirements. Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system. Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis ("Understand where the pain is"). Participate in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients. Deliver presentations to all levels of management. Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc. Create documentation for clients, including presentations and workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, etc. Requirements: Demonstrable experience selling similar solutions, does not have to be Microsoft Dynamics but that would be the preference. The candidate must have broad Financial background, either selling CRM solutions into financial institutions or some financial qualification/equivalent experience. Our client is not predominantly looking for hard salesy professionals, they are more about finding the candidate that would be able to become a trusted advisor and consultant. Experience in building and maintaining trusted and reliable rapport with the clients. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees including C-level. This position will be remote, however, frequent travels to London are expected, so ideal candidate should be based in or near London metropolitan area.
