Enviar solicitud Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer – Customer Service / Copilot Workspace 📍 Spain | Hybrid in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga or Logroño | Remote in the rest of the country 🕘 Full-time About the role We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service , focused on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace . You will join an international technology consulting environment, contributing to the evolution of customer service platforms and integration layers built on Microsoft technologies. The role combines Dynamics customization, frontend development, and integration work within modern customer support ecosystems. What you’ll do Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript Work with Microsoft APM SDK for application integrations within Dynamics Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality Ensure performance, maintainability, and usability of implemented solutions What we’re looking for Experience working with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Copilot Service Workspace Channel Integration Framework (CIF) Strong frontend development skills with: JavaScript TypeScript Experience integrating external applications into Dynamics environments Understanding of customer service workflows and CRM ecosystems Ability to work collaboratively within distributed teams Nice to have Experience with Microsoft APM SDK Experience in enterprise integration environments Experience working with containerized architectures or integration layers Previous experience in international consulting environments Work model Hybrid model in: Madrid Barcelona Málaga Logroño Remote from other locations within Spain 💡 Note We are looking for hands-on profiles with strong Dynamics 365 experience and integration capabilities, comfortable working in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
