Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant to support, maintain, and continuously improve existing Supply Chain Management solutions. The role combines business process analysis, system configuration, production support, and enhancement activities in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Important: This role involves participation in a 24/7 on-call support rotation. Scheduled support coverage may include evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions in production environments.
• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Configure and customize D365 SCM modules according to evolving business needs.
• Investigate and resolve functional issues, incidents, and user requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to deliver system improvements and resolve defects.
• Develop and maintain project and support documentation.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide guidance to end users when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Good understanding of supply chain management business processes.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing D365 SCM modules.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation, including evening, night, weekend, and public holiday coverage.

Additional:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
• Experience with other ERP systems.
