🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into functional requirements and help deliver scalable, user-centric Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation.
• Work closely with business owners, solution architects, developers, and external partners.
• Support solution design using standard Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and user adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement.
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, and data management standards.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Expertise in process modeling and functional specification documentation.
• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and application integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approach.

🔹 Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

🔹 Work Arrangement

• Primarily remote working.
• Must be available to attend onsite meetings when required, particularly for critical analysis workshops and Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
