Role Description The Microsoft ERP Specialist is a full-time, on-site or remote role based out of Hong Kong SAR. The specialist will configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft-based ERP systems to support core business operations across manufacturing and supply chain functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing ERP workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and providing end-user support and training. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with external vendors or partners when needed. The specialist will contribute to ongoing system enhancements and documentation to ensure scalability, compliance, and efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software, especially Microsoft ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Buisness Central).
• Candidates should possess skills in Business Process and Business Process Improvement to analyze, document, and streamline workflows across operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify system issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or related industrial environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and basic reporting/BI solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
