Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Training Manager based in Hong Kong.

The role:

At Clarins, we are committed to creating exceptional customer experiences while championing innovation and sustainability. As the Training Manager, you will design and deliver training programmes that respond to business needs, strengthen frontline capabilities and enhance sales techniques. Through regular field coaching, you will reinforce Clarins service standards, identify performance gaps and develop practical improvement actions. You will also represent the brand at external engagements and collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales teams to maintain a consistently high standard of service.

What you’ll do:

Training Development & Implementation

• Design, plan and deliver training for new product launches and repush campaigns in line with business priorities•
• Own the onboarding programme for new joiners, including pre-training preparation, classroom learning and post-training reinforcement.
• Lead makeup training to strengthen Beauty Consultants’ product knowledge, selling confidence and ability to bring the uniqueness of the Clarins brand to life.

Field Coaching & Performance Monitoring

• Conduct regular field coaching and store visits to ensure the CARE service flow is consistently understood and implemented.
• Identify gaps between in-store practices and expected standards, then recommend practical solutions to strengthen service and sales performance.
• Monitor Beauty Consultants’ grooming standards and partner with the Sales team on clear improvement plans where required.

Learning Operations & Administration

• Plan and coordinate uniform orders with regional and global suppliers, ensuring smooth logistics and timely distribution.
• Support E-Pro execution, including translation, backend administration, launch coordination and learner engagement.
• Manage training administration and logistics to create a smooth and engaging learning experience for Beauty Consultants.

Brand Representation & Service Excellence

• Represent Clarins as a brand ambassador at external workshops, training sessions and other relevant occasions.
• Support and collaborate with the Customer Service Team when required to maintain overall service excellence.

What you have:

• Training Experience: 5-7years of training experience, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry, with sound facilitation skills.
• Frontline Experience: Hands-on customer service experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is an advantage.
• Communication & Facilitation: Good communication skills across all levels, particularly when engaging with the Beauty Advisor community.
• Customer & Retail Mindset: A strong customer-oriented service mindset, attention to detail and a practical understanding of retail and frontline needs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as Chinese word processing.
