This is a founding team role. Compensation at the start of your engagement will be in the form of DAOasis equity and $DVT token allocation — not a cash salary.

A salaried role will be introduced once DAOasis secures its funding round. We are transparent about where we are in our journey and we only want people who are genuinely excited to be here at the beginning, not people who need a salary today.

The Opportunity

DAOasis is building a premium wellness platform that combines a daily-habit app, a global community, a token-powered reward economy, and optional sanctuary experiences — all for people who want to live better and be part of something meaningful.

We are at the very beginning. The person or people who join us now will shape how DAOasis shows up in the world. This is not a junior social media job. This is a founding creative role — you will work directly with the founder, define our tone and aesthetic from scratch, and build the content engine that drives early community growth.

What We Are Building

The Companion App — habits, sleep, movement, journalling, quests, and a reward economy in one calm, premium experience available to anyone, anywhere.

The Sanctuaries — optional premium wellness retreats for members who want to go deeper. Starting in Thailand.

The Token Economy — DAOasis Value Token and DAOasis Reward Token align long-term participation, governance, and ecosystem contribution.

The Community — a global ecosystem of wellness-focused people connected across the app, Discord, Telegram, and social channels.

The Role: One or Two People

We are open to one exceptional person covering both areas, or two people working as a close-knit team. Either way, both functions report directly to the founder.

Role A is Video Editor and CapCut Expert — you live and breathe short-form content, understand pacing, hooks, and what makes someone stop scrolling, and CapCut is your natural home.

Role B is Social Media Manager — you know how communities grow, can plan, schedule, engage, and analyse, and you understand the wellness and Web3 verticals.

Platforms

Primary: X and Instagram.

Managed and maintained: TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and Discord.

Role A: Video Editor and CapCut Expert

Edit short-form content for Reels and X, source footage and assets, develop DAOasis visual templates and transitions that become our signature look, produce YouTube edits when needed, and stay ahead of platform trends. You will bring strong CapCut proficiency, an eye for premium quality on a lean budget, the ability to work fast, and a portfolio of short-form work to share with your application.

Role B: Social Media Manager

Own all DAOasis channels, build and maintain a rolling content calendar, write platform-native copy that sounds human, manage community engagement on Discord and Telegram, and feed weekly insights back to the founder. You will bring hands-on brand or startup social experience, strong writing, familiarity with Web3 or wellness content, and experience with scheduling and analytics tools.

Startup DNA — you find building from scratch energising, not stressful. A long-term mindset — you understand the value of equity and tokens at an early stage. Direct communication — you work well with a founder and have honest conversations. Content quality — DAOasis is premium and the output should feel that way even on a lean budget. Brand care — you protect the aesthetic. Remote and async ready — you manage your workload and communicate without needing to be chased.

The 90-Day Plan: Built Together

Days 1 to 14: Foundations — brand voice guide, visual templates, channel audits, content calendar, and 90-day plan agreed with the founder.

Days 15 to 45: Momentum — first content waves live, Discord and Telegram communities active, analytics baseline established.

Days 46 to 90: Growth — optimise based on data, amplify early community voices, support the waitlist campaign, embed a weekly founder update rhythm.

Compensation

During the pre-funding phase: DVT token allocation from the founding team pool, equity stake in DAOasis Global Ltd, founding team credit, direct founder access, and the chance to shape a brand from zero.

Once funding is secured: transition to a competitive salaried role, equity and tokens preserved, expanded team and budget, and the opportunity to grow into Head of Creative or Head of Social.

Specifics will be discussed individually. We want it to feel fair to both sides.
