We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:

Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Developer - remote or hybrid from Portugal

We currently have a growing portfolio of Fabric and Power BI solutions that require maintenance as well as development of new business necessities.

Competences:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Power BI Developer, with strong experience in data modeling (star schema), DAX and Power Query (M);
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Data Pipelines, Notebooks);
• Experience with the Power BI Service: workspaces, deployment pipelines, data gateways, incremental refresh and row-level security;
• Strong SQL skills and experience consuming data from cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Azure SQL, Synapse);
• Performance optimization of semantic models and reports;
• Capability to discuss business requirements, define KPIs and translate them to the technical solution;
• Consulting experience with a value generation mindset;
• Working in multiple projects;
• Critical thinking;
• Problem solving;
• Organization skills (e.g. using Office productivity suite)
• Fluent English (C1)

Nice to have:

• Technical knowledge in some of the following SAP modules: FI, SD, MM;
• Capability to discuss business requirements, define KPIs and translate them to the technical solution;
• Snowflake and DBT know-how
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst, DP-600 Fabric Analytics Engineer)
• Version control and CI/CD for Power BI / Fabric (Git integration, PBIP)
• Agile framework
• Working with distributed teams and customers across multiple countries and time zones
