Role Overview

The MOSA Partner for SharePoint and Exchange uses deep solution expertise to lead business and technical customer discussions, maximise the value of Microsoft investments, modernise environments, adopt cloud solutions where appropriate, and resolve issues that could block successful project delivery.

Description of Role

• Key technical resource for the customer.
• Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance.
• Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts.
• Gain early access to emerging technologies ahead of industry peers and acquire insights on leveraging them effectively.
• Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise (travel may be expected for onsite deliveries).

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.

Technical Experience

• Deep technical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint (Server & Online) and Exchange Server.
• Proven experience supporting customer digital transformation through enterprise-grade SharePoint and Exchange solutions, including modernisation, hybrid configuration, migration, and service optimisation.
• Experience delivering proactive services, such as workshops and technical assessments.
