Role Description This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer, based in either Central Tennessee or North Mississippi with work from-home or at client site flexibility.

The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service operations, troubleshooting, and technical support. Day-to-day tasks will include preventive maintenance, installing and servicing UPS devices, and ensuring the reliability of critical power systems. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and addressing client technical queries.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills

• Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance experience

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

• Experience in power supply or related industry is a plus

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or related work experience
