Mid-Level IT Support Technician Responsibilities: Experience and understanding of server, storage, networking, and backup administration Experience working with MS Windows and MAC OS (O365, Azure, VMWare) Comfortable working with Managed Switches, Routing, and VOIP systems Handle escalations/questions from the team, mentor junior techs, and lead training sessions Detailed understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & network concepts.
