They’ve just closed their seed round. Now they want a mid-market AE to turn that momentum into revenue.

The team is small, so your voice shapes how the sales motion grows. Deals average around £10k. You’ll own them end to end, from first call to signature.

What you’ll be doing

• Closing new business with HR, L&D and compliance leaders at mid-market companies
• Multi-threading across buying groups, from People teams to finance
• Qualifying hard, both in and out, so your time goes where it counts
• Running deals across different company sizes, and pulling in support when a deal calls for it
• Feeding back what you hear in the market, because it shapes the product

What you’ll bring

• A proven record closing B2B software, ideally into HR, L&D or compliance buyers
• A firm grip on the sales process and how to multi-thread a deal
• Real coachability. You want feedback and you act on it
• Startup appetite and a strong work ethic
• A habit of leading with value and outcomes, without waffle
• London based, with hybrid working from their London office
