Mid Salesforce Developer

We are currently looking for a Mid Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce development skills, a solid technical foundation and an interest in growing beyond a single technology stack, working in a collaborative environment focused on ownership, pair programming and high-quality software development.

Required Competencies:

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, ideally within Service Cloud
• Strong development experience with Apex, including:
  • Classes
  • Triggers
  • SOQL / SOSL
• Experience developing Lightning Components using:
  • LWC (Lightning Web Components)
  • And/or Aura
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including:
  • Flows
  • Validation Rules
  • Automation
• Ability to create technical documentation, including:
  • UML diagrams
  • Sequence diagrams
  • Technical specifications
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification – mandatory
• Availability to work 2 days per week at the Lisbon office

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with Core Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Voice (CTI)
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation
• Knowledge of Security and Access Models, Data Access and Visibility

Additional Valued Skills:

• Experience with Reporting and Analytics, including Reports and Dashboards
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Power BI
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for template customisation and cross-browser troubleshooting

Soft Skills:

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with pair programming
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously without waiting for constant direction
• Curiosity and willingness to learn technologies beyond Salesforce

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 2 days per week at the office and 3 days remote
Salary Range: €1.800–€2.000 gross/month
