Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department. As a Mid-Level Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to understand requirements and design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions. Main Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components. Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions. Performing code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed. Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications. Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Writing and executing unit and integration tests. Creating and maintaining technical documentation. Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies. Mentoring and coaching junior developers. Hard Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components. Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools. Experience with source control management tools, such as Git. Proficient in English (mandatory). Salesforce certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
