Mid - Senior Funds Lawyer - Up to 150k

Our client, a leading international law firm with a strong Luxembourg presence, is seeking an Investment Funds Lawyer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Your Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on fund structuring, including regulated and unregulated vehicles, from inception through to closing.
• Manage investor due diligence, review fund documentation, and assist in negotiating side letters and legal opinions.
• Support clients with regulatory authorisations (MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries, Fund Administrators).
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and mentor junior team members in a structured yet flexible setting.

Your Profile :

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Funds Lawyer in Luxembourg in Law firm
• Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or an EU Bar.
• Strong knowledge of fund regulation and CSSF processes.
• Fluent in English and French
• Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
