We advise on the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, fund finance, asset finance, real estate and corporate lending as well as complex restructurings and structured financing arrangements. We act for banks, financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, funds and direct lenders and our lawyers have extensive experience structuring and executing domestic and cross‑border transactions, providing clear and pragmatic advice on sophisticated finance matters. As a member of our team, you will work on different areas such as: Leveraged and acquisition finance (acting both for lenders and borrowers) Fund finance Restructuring and Insolvency Real estate and asset finance Structured finance You have 6 – 9 years' experience in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets area (or one of these areas) ideally gained within a large international law firm. You successfully passed an academic degree in law. A specialised Master's degree (LL.M) is an asset. You are admitted to the Luxembourg bar. You are fluent in English. Additional language skills (particularly French, German or Luxembourgish) are an asset.
