Position Title: Mid Technical Write Location: Remote - LATAM What You Will Be Doing As a Technical Writer at Lean Tech, you will own, structure, and standardize technical and operational documentation across internal teams. This role is focused on producing high-quality written content that supports software, IT, and operational processes—not on training delivery. You will collaborate with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to transform existing documentation into clear, well-structured, and easily consumable materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and long-term maintainability. Key Responsibilities Review, rewrite, and standardize existing technical and operational documentation Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, manuals, and internal guides Migrate and organize documentation into Office 365 and related knowledge repositories Define and enforce documentation standards (structure, formatting, tone, verbosity) Ensure documentation clarity for various internal audiences and technical levels Support knowledge governance by organizing information for easy discovery and reuse Collaborate with business analysts and subject-matter experts to accurately document processes Improve documentation quality, readability, and consistency across teams and departments Required Skills & Experience 3+ years as a Technical Writer or in a documentation-focused role Strong experience documenting software, IT, or operational processes Solid understanding of software lifecycle concepts and technical processes (no coding required) Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail Ability to structure and format complex information clearly and concisely Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or structured environments Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear documentation Advanced proficiency with documentation and productivity tools (e.g., Office 365) Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards Strong analytical and organizational skills Clear, professional written communication Ability to work independently and manage documentation ownership end-to-end Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and clarity Why You Will Love Lean Tech Work with international teams and global stakeholders Play a key role in improving how knowledge is created and shared across the organization Professional growth in a fast-scaling, process-driven environment Collaborative culture focused on clarity, ownership, and impact Career paths that value specialization and long-term contribution
