About the job Middle Account Manager (S) As we scale, we are seeking Middle Account Manager to join one of our Adtech products and venture-backed team. In this role, you will support and manage relationships with global partners, help optimize advertising campaigns, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients. What you will be working on : Communicate with Open RTB partners on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations, Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts, Create reports per request of the team, Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team, Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients. Your background: Fluent English; Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel; Experience in customer service; Expertise within AdTech industry will be a big plus; High level of attention to details and accuracy; Analytical mindset and high level of perfectionism; Initiative and passion for technology; Structured thinking; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Teamwork; Time management; Orientation towards result; Self-motivated and driven to explore new horizons; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
