You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen. Your project: MonoBoost is appflame's fintech product — we help users improve their credit scores and access better financial tools. The team is small, the problems are real, and the decisions land on you. We're looking for an analyst who doesn't stop at the numbers and keeps going until there's a clear recommendation on the table. You will: Analyze marketing and product metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Design and evaluate A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to decision, including side effects on adjacent metrics. Build Tableau reports that people who don't live in dashboards can actually read. Figure out new domains on your own, ask the right questions, and close tasks with a result. We'll have a match if you: Have 1–3 years as a Marketing or Data Analyst at a product company, with real datasets rather than just coursework. Have strong SQL: large datasets, complex queries, and a production environment. Have a statistics grounding: experiment design, significance, confidence intervals, and small samples. Can turn raw data into a concrete recommendation, not just a table to look at. Will be an advantage: Experience in marketing or subscription businesses. Basic Python (pandas, numpy) for segmentation and clustering where SQL isn't enough.
