Middle Recruiter (Mexico)

We're looking for a Middle IT Recruiter with high growth potential and the opportunity to elevate recruitment to the next level. Requirements: 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in Mexico; Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written); Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms; Experience in communication with clients, support of candidates at all stages of the recruitment process; Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multinational companies in Mexico; Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as ATS. Will be a plus: Practical sales experience will be a big advantage; Previous experience with foreign markets; Responsibilities: Managing full-cycle recruitment processes; Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the Mexico labor market; Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market; Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values; We also offer: An exciting, dynamic job with the opportunity to grow and learn.
