This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing business software applications for complex, large-scale initiatives.

Must have requirements:

• 2 years in application development
• Must have the knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience in builder
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate details and impacts of complex proposed software solutions.
• Proven knowledge in all stages of the software development life cycle.
• Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Hands on experience in the Salesforce development lifecycle including Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Unit & Integration Testing, Post Production Support
• Experience with source control systems like Azure DevOps, GIT
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce profiles permission sets
• Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems and managed packages
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• DBMS SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MongoDB is a plus
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations including multiple instances

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements and objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications in accordance with architectural best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient solution architectures.
• Deliver assigned projects and tasks on time, meeting commitments and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, and communicate project and task progress to the development team, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies throughout the development process.
• Review, assess, and prioritize user support requests based on business impact and urgency.
• Communicate the status, progress, and resolution of support requests to end users in a timely manner.
