Middle Scrum Master

For our client, we are looking for a Scrum Master . To join us in driving digital transformation within the public sector by becoming a key part of agile teams working on the development and modernization of essential digital services. As a Scrum Master , you will help teams deliver value effectively while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Remove team impediments and support smooth delivery workflows Foster an open, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment Collaborate with System Analysts and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and alignment with business goals Monitor and improve team performance metrics Promote Agile best practices and support the team's growth in Agile maturity Requirements:  At least 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex team dynamics Fluency in Lithuanian (mandatory) English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written) Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage Work Conditions: B2B contract Remote work Location: Lithuania or remote from the EU Apply now to help shape the future of digital public services!
