Mid/Senior Security Consultant | Hybrid

We are strengthening our team with a Mid/Senior Security Consultant profile, to join the Prevent Services/Operations team within Cyber Security, on an ongoing project.

Role Overview

The team is responsible for the configuration and administration of cybersecurity systems and for the implementation of security controls, in accordance with the organization’s policies. It manages three pillars of the cyber systems:

• Data: evidence integration, meaning collecting, processing, transforming and delivering it as information products;
• Machines: management of almost the entire machine lifecycle, including patches, updates, configurations and hardening;
• Applications: intrusion prevention and detection, vulnerability scanners and firewall controllers.

Technical Skills

Experience and know-how in one or more of the following areas:

• Splunk;
• Linux Systems Administration (Red Hat or CentOS preferred);
• Ansible / Docker;
• Python / Ruby / Go / Shell Script;
• AWS;
• Logging / Hardening.

Knowledge of Python / Ruby / Go is valued.

Desired Profile

• Degree in Engineering / Computer Security or another Engineering field;
• Ideal profile with between 5 and 10 years of professional experience;
• May not have Cybersecurity experience, but must have an interest in the field;
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
