🚀 Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid/Senior Design.

The Designer will oversee design workflows, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include leading branding, graphic, and digital design strategies, developing innovative solutions, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with clients and team members. Some work-from-home flexibility is available to accommodate modern working practices.

What you'll do

Lead Design projects end-to-end, from brief to handoff, with ownership and sharp judgement

Collaborate directly with clients on scope, flows, and product decisions

Mentor junior and mid-level designers with direct, constructive feedback

Help shape studio culture and process

📋 What we're looking for

4+ years of design experience

Strong command of Figma, auto-layout, variables, interactive components

Background in product contexts, not just branding or pure creative agency

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Comfortable juggling multiple projects and client relationships in parallel

Fluent in English
