Migration Lead – SAP ECC to Jaggaer S2P
Summary
In the dynamic IT Services sector, this pivotal role serves as the strategic architect for a critical transition from SAP ECC to the Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) ecosystem. The incumbent will lead complex data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across procurement functions. This position is vital for modernizing the organization's supply chain infrastructure, minimizing operational disruption, and establishing a robust governance framework that supports long-term scalability and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the complete lifecycle of migrating SAP ECC procurement data into the Jaggaer S2P platform, ensuring high-fidelity data transfer.
- Design and implement comprehensive third-party procurement platform migration strategies, including ERP integration and rigorous data validation protocols.
- Establish and enforce migration governance standards, producing detailed documentation to track progress, risks, and resolutions throughout the project.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder workshops to align business requirements with technical execution and manage client expectations effectively.
- Conduct mock migration cycles and reconciliation processes to identify discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and refine migration scripts prior to go-live.
- Oversee end-to-end data migration activities, from initial extraction and cleansing to final validation and deployment within the new environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems with a strong track record in third-party procurement platform migrations.
- Deep technical proficiency in ERP integration, specifically within SAP ECC procurement modules, and data validation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage migration governance, including the creation of detailed documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience leading client workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience executing end-to-end ERP data migration projects, including mock migrations and complex reconciliation tasks.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in IT services, with a focus on large-scale procurement system transformations.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from ₹27 to ₹28 LPA, reflecting the seniority and specialized nature of the role.
