Responsibilities Establish and nurture relationships with military organizations and veterans Develop outreach strategies to promote our services to military personnel Coordinate events and programs that engage the military community Collaborate with marketing teams to create materials targeting military audiences Represent the company at military job fairs and community events Monitor and report on trends in military relations and community engagement Provide regular updates to management on outreach efforts and results Assist in integrating military values and culture into the company’s mission Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships Basic understanding of military culture and structure Organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
